This is the audio of Internal Affairs getting caught in the act of instructing the witnesses to review the report written by the deputy who assaulted me prior providing statements. The other witness statements were in writing and the entire conversation was destroyed, and Melissa Parmenter admitted under oath that Internal Affairs instructed her as well to review the report prior to providing a statement as well. Internal Affairs lied about what the witnesses said, lied that he had interviewed them when he hadn't, and then lied that he hadn't interviewed any of them.
