2109 Deeanna - Injured Animal

Owner has had one dog that barks constantly - most likely due to abandonment. Doesn't bark when other humans approach. He has since brought home another dog that barks constantly too. However, today - the youngest dog seems injured or in distress. It is whining and yelping as if it is injured or in pain.
